Sold as a single earring with an 8mm flat screw backing for secure wear. With optional 6mm (19093772) and replacment 8mm (20912659) backings available, to suit a range of cartilage piercings. Method 1: Measure your Finger

- Use a pen to mark the overlapping parts of the string.
